Needham Windows Newport is a local, home-based double glazing business run by time-served carpenter Peter Needham, supplying, fitting and repairing windows and doors throughout Newport and South Wales for over thirty years.
We have no premises and only two vans, keeping our overheads low so we can pass the savings on to our customers, without salespeople, sales gimmicks or finance deals.
All our products are manufactured and sourced locally, and come with the same 10 year guarantee offered by the larger glazing companies.
I have recently had my double glazing installed, this consisted of five fairly large sized windows fitted for just under £2,500.00. I first went to a big national company and got a pushy salesman. I called a local company and the man came to my house, took his overalls off before he came in, and gave none of the usual sales rubbish. They did a great job, came and went when they said they would, and finished a day earlier than planned.
We offer a cost-effective way to repair or replace windows, doors and glass panes, and can beat other quotes for repairs or new installations.
Big companies add profit by arranging finance and employing sales teams. We buy direct from local suppliers, have low overheads and no sales force, so our prices are kept low.
Yes, costs can be reduced by choosing a lower glass rating. We recommend B rated double glazing, but will fit A, B or C rated glass to suit your budget.
